Executive Assistant

I am seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a small, friendly finance organisation, supporting 2 senior Board level individuals.

The role will be varied and key duties include diary and inbox management, travel coordination, audio and copy typing, processing expenses, assisting the marketing team, coordinating board/committee meetings (including minute taking), and assisting with projects as required.

The successful candidate will have extensive EA experience in a similar role, strong organisational and interpersonal skills and an excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
